Refurbishing an existing space. Price: £10k+
Our kitchen was fitted earlier this year and I must say everything is still as good as when first fitted.
On our initial visit to the showroom we met Caroline who was excellent from the offset! Nothing was too much trouble even when he had completely designed a kitchen and I changed my mind in every detail possible, Caroline's reaction was to smile and say no problem at all, you have to be happy with it. During our many visits to the showroom we never felt pressured or a nuisance, quite the opposite.
The fitting team were all excellent every one of them was professional, polite, friendly and hard working again nothing was too much trouble (a rarity these days!). We did have a couple of hiccups however, they were resolved by Carol who was again helpful and professional.
All in all really pleased with the kitchen and would not hesitate in recommending this company. A big thank you to Mark the fitter who did a fabulous job his advice really was appreciated and his attention to detail was excellent in all aspects.
Once again a genuine thank you to all the team at Aristocraft and Caroline deserves a medal for being the most patient woman I have ever met!! :-)
